Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Bella Aurora Cafe. To maintain the highest health and safety standards, we have a strict No Return, No Refund policy for all food and beverage items, whether purchased in-store or via our online ordering platform.
1. In-Store Orders
- Final Sale: All sales are final once the transaction is complete.
- Quality Check: Please inspect your order before leaving the counter. If your order is incorrect or does not meet our quality standards, notify our staff immediately. We will happily remake the item for you.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or remakes for personal taste preferences or accidental orders once the item has been prepared.
2. Online & Mobile Orders
- Order Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to review the digital cart for accuracy (including modifiers, quantities, and pickup location) before submitting the order.
- Timely Pickup: We prepare online orders to be ready at the time requested. We are not responsible for the temperature or quality of items (e.g., melted ice cream or cold coffee) if they are not picked up promptly.
- No-Shows: Orders that are not picked up will not be refunded or credited.
- Cancellations: Once an online order is "In Progress," it cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. Third-Party Delivery (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.)
- If you ordered through a third-party app and experience an issue with delivery or missing items, please contact the delivery service's support team directly. We are unable to issue refunds for orders placed through external platforms.
4. Merchandise & Retail
- All retail items (coffee beans, mugs, apparel) are Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges to ensure the integrity of our inventory.
Important Policy Summary
- No Cash/Credit Refunds: We do not provide monetary refunds.
- The "Remake" Rule: Our sole remedy for a mistake on our part is to remake the item correctly at the time of the incident.
- Abandoned Orders: Any order not picked up by closing time will be discarded and is ineligible for a refund.
